Once you sign up for a Organosys support plan, you will be given instructions on how to access and interact with our support system (The Helpdesk). Our Helpdesk is powered by a single-ticket support system that allows you to simply email your question or problem to support mail which creates a support ticket that is unique to each email thread. This keeps conversations organized and allows our team to have the necessary information in order to help resolve any WordPress problem as quickly as possible.
Once a ticket is created (your email is received), it will enter into our queue where the support developer will be assigned to the ticket and you’ll receive a resolution or a response within 24 hours (sooner for those on the Standard or Pro plans).
